If your new home is older, the pipes may not be in the condition that you would expect. Over time, they can corrode and leak minerals or bacteria into your tap water. A filter on your faucets is an inexpensive way to be sure that your tap water is safe to use.

Insulate Your Home

You'll want to start insulating your home before you really need it.
